Huambo — The acting governor of the central Huambo province, Francisco Fato, expressed on Tuesday his satisfaction at the exhibition of the carnival groups in the local parade.
Speaking to the press at the end of the carnival, Francisco Fato congratulated the organizers of the event on the cheering way it was held.
Artes group won for the second time consecutive the carnival.
