Nigeria: Auto Crashes - 11 People Burnt to Death in Kano, Four Die in Kogi

One of those burnt to death in Kano is a one-year-old child, who was burnt beyond recognition.

The Kano crash occurred around 11.00pm on Monday night and involved two vehicles around a bridge near Takai, headquarter of Takai Local Government Area of Kano State.

While the Kogi crash claimed the lives of four while over 11 others sustained varying degrees of injuries in the accident, which occurred along the Lokoja-Okene Expressway.

The Okene-Lokoja route is one the notorious accident black spots in the country.
