Luena — The governor of the eastern Moxico province, João Ernesto dos Santos "Liberdade", encouraged the youth in Cangamba locality to invest in the academic, technical and Professional training so as to meet the challenges of the future.

The official said so to the press at the of a visit that he paid over the last weekend to Luchazes district, having considered the youth the motive force of the society and thus appealing for their training.

He said many of you people's claims consist of the implantation of high education in the province and it is now a fact because the higher education has been functioning in the region for four years and it is a moment for the youth to be graduated in various fields.

According to João Ernesto dos Santos, the executive is committed to the construction and reconstruction of schools in all districts of Moxico province toward the youth's training.
