Lokoja — Provost Federal College of Education Okene, Kogi state, Professor Ajayi Iyela has said the college is embarking on an 'academic revolution' that would reduce mass failure in Mathematics and English language during public examinations.

The provost stated this yesterday in his office while fielding questions from members of the correspondents' chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists Kogi state who were on a facility visit to the institution.

Iyela said the institution intends to build teachers capacity in these subjects since products of Colleges of Education form the nucleus of teachers in primary and secondary schools.
