Somalia: A Business Man Shot Dead With Unknown Armed People

Kismayu — Last night a business man was shot dead at Yasin market in the village of farjanno which is situated in kismayu, the late Jiray Adan Muuse Ali Adan Sandere was shot dead when he was leaving mosque to his home.

Eye witness who informed shabelle radio stated that the people who killed the late Jiray used pistol and vanished in a thin air without any recognition.

Few minutes' later police arrived at the scene where the late Jiray was killed and immediately they started investigation and the police who were at the scene are said to be from Raskamboni.

According to most of the source that are coming out of Kismayu region state that the late Jiray was assassinated due to political power of the region which is going on at the moment.

The head of the police forces in the region said that the investigation is on going in different houses and villages but still no one has been arrested. He also said that the arm of the government is to long and those who thought that they can assassinate and disperse without any follow up, and then they have to know that the government is more concerned with its citizen than before.
