Nigeria: Faculty of Arts Wins Dutse Varsity Inter-Faculty Cup

Dutse — The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) has won the maiden edition of the Inter-Faculty Football Competition organized by the sports units of Federal University Dutse, Jigawa.

They defeated the Faculty of Agriculture team by 3 goals-1.

Vice-Chancellor of the university Prof.Jibrilla Dahiru Amin who presented the trophy to the winning faculty congratulated them for their effort.

Amin said the university inaugurated the Sports Committee for the implementation of sporting activities in the university and declared Wednesday from 4-6 pm as lecture free to enable staff and students participate in sporting activities.
