Angola: MPLA Party Parliamentary Bench Prepares Plenary Session

Luanda — MPLA party parliamentary group met on Wednesday here to prepare the ordinary session of the National Assembly set for Thursday for the lasting approval of the 2013 State Budget, Angop has learnt.

The mentioned budget that foresees incomes and expenses worth over six trillion Kwanzas was passed in generality by the MPs on January 15, 2013.

The approval was followed by debates in specialties with the Government's social partners and representatives of the sectors of economy, defense, security, internal order, justice and society.

The document gives priority to the social areas (33,5 per cent), being 8,09 for education, 5,29 for health, 10,83 for social protection, 7,02 for housing and 1,1 for environment protection.
