Angola: Diplomat Happy With Recognition of Cuban Works in Kuando Kubango

Menongue — The ambassador of Cuba to Angola, Gisela Garcia Vivera, expressed on Wednesday in Kuito Kuanavale district, south-eastern Kuando Kubango province, at the recognition that the Cuban communities have been deserving in the reconstruction of the region.

The Cubans are developing various activities in this region in the sectors of education, health and works of civil engineering with emphasis of the construction of bridges and airports, among other tasks related to the reconstruction of the nation that is rising from the war debris.

During her stay in Kuando Kubango, Gisela Garcia Rivera met with the provincial governor Higino Carneiro and Cuban community residing in the province on duty (University lecturers, medical practitioners, civil engineers, among others).
