Angola: Polytechnic Secondary School Enrols Over 900 Students

Uíge — The Manuel Quarta Punza Polytechnic Secondary School is starting the 2013 academic year with over 980 students enrolled in various technical courses, revealed Wednesday in Uíge City, tghe institution's pedagogic director, Raimundo Adolfo.

According to the official, some of the courses to be taught at the institution are computer science, electrical installation, masonry, repair of machines and engines, civil engineering, design and information technologies.

Raimundo Adolfo also informed that the school still needs to improve the situation regarding school transportation, considering that the institution is located five kilometres to the north of Uíge City.

Last year, the institution placed in the job market 74 finalists in different areas.

The Manuel Quarta Punza Polytechnic Secondary School was launched in 2009.
