Morocco: NATO General in Rabat

Youssef Amrani, Minister Delegate for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, met yesterday in Rabat, with Major General Carlos Branco, Director Cooperation and Regional Security Division, International Military Staff.

During the meeting, Branco said that NATO appreciates the true value of the firm commitment of Morocco alongside NATO in both policy and practice. He recalled in this respect the role of the RAF in the Balkans and the western Mediterranean, as well as the political and humanitarian role of Morocco during the Libyan crisis
