Angola: Roller Skate Hockey Team Leave for Argentina

Luanda — Angola roller skate male team left on Thursday for Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in its way to Mendonza, Argentina, to participate in the Vendimia international tournament, between February 25 and March 03, Angop has learnt.

The team's assistant coach, Alberto Domingos, said the trip is part of the preparation ahead of its participation in the world championship, on September 20-28, in the Angolan cities of Luanda and Namibe.

Before the Argentina's tournament, the African team will hold a training period, as so to achieve a good standard in the world championship.

The Angolan delegation is made up by 15 people, among them coaches and players, being that the national players performing in Portugal will join the team in Argentina.
