Uhuru Kenyatta and Francis Muthaura want their trial postponed citing delay by Prosecution to disclose evidence.
Their lawyers Karim Khan and Steven Kay say the two will not get a fair trial in April since the prosecution keeps on introducing new evidence and witnesses.The status conference for William Ruto and Joshua Sang is underway.
