Kenya will build one of six new embassies in Angola, Foreign Affairs PS Thuita Mwangi has said. This is part of the government's move to implement a plan to increase ties with African states with similar economic and political ambitions as Kenya.
The government will set up other embassies in Ghana, Algeria, Morocco, Senegal and Democratic Republic of Congo. "Setting up of these embassies will be guided by political, economical and strategic reasons as per President Kibaki's directive," said Mwangi.
