Kenya: Nock Sets Key Growth Targets

THE National Oil Corporation yesterday announced it will expand its infrastructure through joint ventures.

The state-owned firm which recently teamed up with Indian Oil Corporation to bid for the Kenya-Uganda petroleum products pipeline project has declared it will fully explore its mandate in all levels of oil business.

"In this respect, National Oil is working towards consolidating its position as a fully integrated national oil company by enhancing its participation in all aspects of the petroleum supply chain," said the National Oil corporation chief executive Sumayya Hassan-Athmani.

She said the corporation will engage in oil and gas exploration and production, infrastructure development and marketing of petroleum products.
