Kenya: ICC Suspects Wants Trial Date Delayed

The four Kenyans facing post election violence cases at the ICC want the trials pushed citing delayed witness disclosure.

Uhuru Kenyatta and Francis Muthaura say they will not get a fair trial in April since the prosecution keeps introducing new evidence and witnesses. William Ruto and Joshua Sang in the meantime want the trials to start four months after the final witness disclosure.
