Kano — Kano state government and Aliko Dangote Wednesday donated N6million each to the families of slain health workers last Friday in Kano.

The breakdown showed that each family that lost a loved one got a million naira, while four of those who survived with gunshot wounds were given half a million naira each.

At the last count, ten female health workers administering polio vaccines in Kano died from unprovoked separate attacks by yet to be identified gunmen last Friday, while four survived with injuries.
