Kenya: Pastors Pray for Election

Clergy and a section of leaders from Kabate held prayers for the district and anointed 28-year-old parliamentary candidate James Wanjohi.

The clergy said it is time the constituency had a new crop of leaders who will bring change. "The purpose of this prayer is for us to get proper leadership come the March 4 general election.

It is unfortunate that Kabete is rated as one of the wealthiest constituencies in the country yet poverty levels are still very high," said Eliud Kamenwa of Evangelical Vine yard.
