A 28 year old man was arraigned before a Thika court charged with malicious damage to property. Edward Patrick Karanja was charged with willfully damaging a rear windscreen valued at Sh15,000 which is property of Simon Wanyoike Kinyua. He appeared before resident magistrate N.Telewa and denied the charges.
