Luanda — The Angolan driver Luís Sá Silva moved from F3 Euro Series to GP3 with Carlin, one of the world's best teams in the category, said a source close to the team.
The information is expressed in a note delivered Thursday to Angop by the official of the sponsoring company, Celine Passos.
The source stresses that after a season with Prema Powerteam in European championship, Luís Sá Silva meets now the GP3 category" more challenging" due to new generation of cars, more powerful and with improved aerodynamics.
The GP3 car goes from 230 to 400 horsepower and is faster up to 4 seconds per lap.
The Angolan pilot already started preparing the new season and was very welcomed by the new team.
