Algeria: USM Alger Win Arab Cup Quarter-Final

USM Alger beat Jordanian hosts Al-Baqa'a 6-1 in the UAFA Cup quarter-finals on Tuesday (February 12th). Lamouri Djediat scored three goals in the first 10 minutes of the Amman clash. Another two goals from Salim Hanifi and one from Farouk Chafai sealed the Algerians' win.

USMA will host the return leg in a fortnight.

In another quarter-final clash on Tuesday, CR Belouizdad drew 1-1 at home against Egypt's al-Ismaily. Islam Slimani scored the lone Algerian goal.
