Egypt: Shura Council Speaker Hails Close Ties With Turkey

Shura Council (SC) Speaker Ahmed Fahmi has underlined the close ties binding Egypt and Turkey in the various fields, especially after the January 25th Revolution.

During his meeting on Wednesday 13/2/2013 with Turkish Ambassador to Egypt Huseyin Avni, Fahmi called for increasing the volume of trade exchange between the two countries.

Meanwhile, he voiced hope for increasing the Turkish investments in Egypt.

The meeting also tackled means of boosting bilateral relations and exchanging expertise in political, economic and cultural domains.
