Kenya: Is Former BBA Contestant Goldie Dead?

Word has it around news sources that Nigerian musician and former Big Brother Africa contestant Goldie is dead.

According to the news sources, Goldie passed on in a Nigerian hospital after flying back to Nigeria from the USA where she had attended this year's Grammys.

An administrator post on Goldie's Facebook page confirmed the rumors today that the former Big Brother Africa contestant had passed on.

"It is with heavy heart that I have to inform you all that Goldie passed this night shortly after arriving Lagos from LA. May her soul rest in the eternal peace of the Lord," Admin.

Goldie's family is yet to release a formal statement about the whole thing if at all it is true that she is indeed dead.

Her boyfriend Prezzo can also not be reached for any comments.

There are people who think there's something fishy about this whole Goldie is dead story... Sirjili Kitala posted "Something does NOT add up because someone updated her Facebook that she isn't dead. What's going on really?"

So what's really going on? Is Goldie really dead?
