Uganda: Kazinda Back in Court

| The former Principal Accountant in the Office of the Prime Minister, Geoffrey Kazinda was again produced before the Anti-Corruption court in Kololo on Friday morning where he is facing charges of abuse of office, forgery and making documents without authority.

Kazinda who was dressed in a casual shirt appeared jovial and put on a wide smile as he greeted female lady friends seated next to him.

He also walked with ease and shook hands with his lawyers, MacDosman Kabega, Isaac Walukagga and Tom Magezi soon after arrival in the court room, guarded by a prison warder.

Justice David Wangutusi is hearing Kazinda's cases where he is accused of swindling billions of money from the OPM.

The hearing started at 9.00am.
