The real estate mogul Ermias T. Amelga is under police custody beginning on Thursday night, February 14, 2013, and under investigation for allegedly issuing a bad check to a house buyer who claimed a refund for his investment but failed to cash it, police sources disclosed to Fortune.
Nonetheless, he might be released today from Kirkos District Police Station (the former 6th Police Station), in Kasanchis area, after securing bond, his close associates confirmed to Fortune.

He is no Mogul that is a misnomer! He has not built( completed) one building but he has taken hard earned money from hundreds of people offering various sites and beautiful designs all in all about 13 Sites. People started suing or asking their money back ! I don't know what he had done with the millions he has taken for the cheque to bounce ! Maybe paid for the Band he recently bought ! The man is ruthless with other people's money!!
