Egypt: Foreign Minister Tackles Africa Policies With Parliamentary Delegation

Foreign Minister Mohamed Amr met with members of the Shura Council's African Affairs Committee on Thursday 14/02/2013 as part of consultations between the legislative and executive authorities.

The meeting took up policies aimed at promoting ties with African countries, said Assistant Foreign Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Ali el-Hefni.

The parliamentary delegation also met with the foreign minister's aides concerned with cooperation with Nile Basin countries, the Sudanese file and technical cooperation with Africa, Hefni said.
