Angola: Poet António Gonçalves to Present Books in Havana

Havana — At the invitation of the Cuban Book Institute, the Angolan writer António Gonçalves will present on 18-22 February in Havana, Cuba, two books published in Cuban version.

Speaking to Angop, the former cultural attaché of the Angolan embassy in Cuba explained that the books will be presented under the International book fair of Havana, taking place on 14-24 February.

He said that these are two books entitled "Emosentidos", published in 2011 in Costa Rica, with an increased Cuban edition by Art and Literature publishers.

The work has already been presented in Medelin Festival, Colombia.

António Gonçalves clarified that the second book, to be presented on 22 February, will be poetry book written in the province of Hogin, comprising only one poem entitled "A África que observo com os dedos".
