Kenya: Miguna Launches Another Book Bashing the PM

Author and political activist Miguna Miguna has launched his new book, Kidneys for the King: De-forming the Status Quo in Kenya. Just like his first book, "Peeling Back the Mask, a Quest for Justice in Kenya" the new book is also full of controversy and puts prime minister Raila Odinga on the spotlight yet again. The books are expected to cost 2,700 shillings.

    Re Miguna's so called book:

Now, when ever someone shouts loudly about someone else, it makes any African think "Why?". That effect alone means that it is likely that Miguna is paid by Raila to smear Raila's name, allegedly paid by Uhuru, such that more people would vote for Raila. Or is Miguna paid by Uhuru? Or is Miguna just on his own?

We say, that someone only criticizing, is irresponsible, as he only points out a wrong direction. He does not take responsibility to tell what is the right direction. It is the same as politics based on smearing others, or based on criticizing others - or based on "fighting" something - it is all based on the paradigm of fighting something bad, instead of standing up for something good.

Nobody have ever won anything from fighting something bad. The entire world has always won from joining forces, uniting - and rolling up their sleeves to be working for something good.

Thus, the entire scribblings from Mr. Miguna leaves a taste of enviousness in ones mouth. Uderzo decades ago made a cartoon with an Arabic Kalif (Sheikh) and his personal assistant who wanted to be "Kalif instead of the Kalif". I find it likely that Miguna wanted to be Kalif instead of his Kalif :-)... Personally I would not even spend a shilling on Mr. Miguna's so called book, leave alone spending a minute reading even a few sentences. The entire scribbling is so utterly useless in its paradigm, so who would even be amused by it?

Have a wonderful election, and peace be with you all, and remember to make love, not war; Miguna's so called book is likely best used to ignite the wood for a good bon-fire in the fire-place...

But - given the content, this so called book may not be warming as much as other books, ha ha ha ha ha...

    Cheers.
