Alcohol and drug abuse should be declared a national disaster. A NACADA survey shows that the youngest Kenyan initiated into using drugs and alcohol is 10 years of age. Chief Executive William Okedi says risk factors include family members and neighbors who easily influence children due to availability of substances in homes.
