Zanzibar — IN a move to attract Zanzibaris to join National Social Security Fund (NSSF), the Second Vice- President, Ambassador Seif Ali Iddi, said:
"I appeal to NSSF and other social security funds to expand services to Zanzibar including establishing development programmes aimed at supporting people." Seif advised NSSF officials who were in Zanzibar to woo leaders and attract new members.
The vice-president told new NSSF members that beneficiaries of the Fund are low income earners including civil servants, and that many Zanzibaris would benefit from being members. "NSSF is doing a good job. We need all social security funds so as to change people's well-being," Iddi emphasized.
