Addressing the UN Security Council meeting on Friday 15/2/2013, Egypt's permanent envoy to the UN Ambassador Moataz Ahmadein Khalil warned of illegal practices of the Israeli occupation forces controlling water resources in Palestinian territories.
"The continuing practices of the Israeli forces and Israeli settlers in the occupied territories are aimed to control Palestinian water resources and force Palestinians to move out of their agricultural lands", Khalil said.
