The government intends to cap the amount spent on paying salaries to civil servants by limiting it to 70% of taxes collected. The Salaries and Remuneration Commission held its last public hearing last Friday in Lodwar, Maralal and Narok. It is now expected to sit down and consider Kenyans demands before coming up with new proposals.
