Angola: U.S. Ambassador Expected in Malanje On Monday

Luanda — The US ambassador to Angola, Christopher J. McMullen, will this Monday pay a working visit to the northern Malanje province.

This was said by the US embassy in a press note that reached Angop on Sunday.

The document reads that during the visit, the US diplomat will meet the provincial governor of Malanje, Norberto dos Santos "Kwata Kanawa" and members of the political parties of MPLA, UNITA and CASA-CE.

According to the press note, the US ambassador will also visit Consaúde project, funded by USAID and NPA Mine Action, which also receiving funds from US.
