Angolan Lyric Chant At National Theatre in Havana

Havana — Four Angolan lyric singers, graduated by the Higher Education Art Institute of Cuba, performed on Sunday night at the national theatre of Havana.

As part of the official programme of the 22nd International Book Fair of Havana, the concert counted on the participation of singers Armando Zibungana (baritone), Gomes Domingos (tenor), Bruno Neto (baritone) e Emanuel Mendes (tenor), who were awarded with gold diploma in the higher education music course.

The four singers, who were applauded by the Angolan Culture Minister, Rosa Cruz e Silva and other members of the audience, prerformed international classical music, backed by the Cuban conductor Vilma Garriga.
