President Mohamed Morsi has authorized Foreign Minister Mohamed Amr to lead Egypt's delegation heading to Equatorial Guinea's Malabo for participation in an Africa-South America summit on Friday and Saturday.
"The third Africa-South America summit will take up enacting cooperation in fields of infrastructure, agriculture, energy and sustainable development," Mona Omar, African affairs advisor to the foreign minister, said.
Omar will lead Egypt's delegation to the pre-summit meetings on Wednesday and Thursday.
