Germany is looking to ink an energy co-operation accord with Algeria, APS reported on Wednesday (February 13th). German Technology Minister Philipp Rosler, who is in Algeria this week as the head of a business delegation, made the comments after meeting with Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal and other officials.
