Kenya: Poachers Held in Nairobi

Two Tanzanians have been arrested with 16 pieces of ivory in Ongata Rongai.The suspects, are being held at the Langata Police. Station and will be arraigned in court tomorrow. Elsewhere a suspected poacher has been gunned down in Lake Nakuru National Park while his accomplice managed to escaped after a gun battle with KWS rangers. A rifle and 17 bullets were recovered.
