The process of hiring a new Deputy Chief Justice kicked off early today with Law professor Phoebe Nyawade the first to face the JSC panel led by Chief Justice Willy Mutunga. There are a total of five applicants including Justice Kalpana Rawal, Ambassador Rachel Omamo, lawyers Lucy Kambuni and Joyce Majiwa.
