Luanda — A message from the President of Brazil Dilma Rousseff on strategic partnership of defence between Angola and Brazil will be delivered on Tuesday to the Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos.
The fact was announced Monday by Defence minister of Brazil, Celso Luis Nunes Amorim, at the opening ceremony of official talks between the two countries delegations at the level of defence.
The Brazilian minister, who is in Angola for a 48-hour visit, considered defence field one of the pillars of the strategic partnership of his country with the Angolan authorities.
The conclusion of the talks is scheduled for Tuesday and focus on issues related to the creation and development of the Angolan military industry, staff training, health, and others.
Celso Amorim, who is accompanied by general officers of the branches of the Army, Navy and Air Force and a large number of entrepreneurs Brazilian military industry, will visit today the Naval Base of Luanda, belonging to Angolan Navy.
