Spanish Secretary of State Jesus Gracia on Monday (February 18th) will begin a three-day visit to Morocco, MAP reported. Talks with Moroccan officials will focus on bilateral co-operation.
Gracia will visit several projects in the Tangier-Tetouan region, developed with the support of the Spanish agency for international development (AECID). He will also present Spain's "Masar" co-operation programme, designed to promote good governance and democratic transition.
