Angola to Gain New Higher Polytechnic Institutes

Lubango — The national director for advanced training and scientific research of the Higher Education Ministry, Massuquini Inês, last Monday in Lubango City announced that the executive will build still this year four new higher polytechnic institutes.

Speaking at the presentation of the Action Plan of the Higher Education Ministry to lecturers and students, the official stated that the new higher education institutions will be built in the provinces of Bengo, Huambo, Kuando Kubango e Kwanza Sul.

Without mentioning the financial amount to be spent in this project, she informed that this move is part of the National Plan on Staff Training for the 2013/20120 period.

The official also stressed that the objective is to boost higher education countrywide, aimed at getting cadres in different domains.
