A task force has been formed to investigate the rise in milk prices. Livestock PS Jacob Miaron says the 10 member team will find ways of reviewing prices downward as well as advise farmers on how they can increase production. He says Kenya produces 5 billion litres annually but fluctuates by almost 30% during certain months of the year.
