Kenya: Presidential Debate Should Be Done in Swahili

The second presidential debate scheduled for next week should be conducted done in Swahili. Swahili scholars are advocating for the use of Kiswahili to benefit all Kenyans and since it is Kenya's official language.

All eight presidential candidates are expected to participate in the debate next Monday. The event will be broadcast live on all television and radio stations.
