Windhoek — The mysterious disappearance of the docket of suspected Mandrax dealer, Claudette Claasen, caused a temporary delay to the start of her case last week Friday.
For the second time in as many weeks the State had to request a remand to trace the missing docket. Magistrate Eduard Kesslau at the end of January granted the State a remand to Friday last week to trace the docket.
