Caxito-The development of the municipalities of Dembos and Nambuangongo, in the northern Bengo Province, demands the rehabilitation and construction of primary, secondary and tertiary roads, revealed Tuesday the Territory Administration minister, Bornito de Sousa.
The minister said so to the press in Caxito City, in the end of a work visit to Bengo Province, during which he assessed the state of the roads and other access paths in Dembos and Nambuangongo.
Bornito de Sousa manifested his worry at the advanced state of degradation of the access paths in the mentioned municipalities, having announced that the authorities will implement some mechanisms for an urgent rehabilitation of the concerned zones.
He also stressed that Dembos and Nambuangongo are strategic zones for the re-launch of Bengo Province's economy.
"One of the main objectives of the executive is to improve the state of secondary and tertiary roads in the rural communities (...)", he reiterated.
