Tunisia: Ennahdha, CPR, Wafa Movement and Liberty and Dignity in Favour of Coalition Cabinet

Tunis — Four parties, namely Ennahdha, the Congress for the Republic (CPR) party, Wafa movement and the parliamentary group "Liberty and dignity" affirmed on Wednesday that "the current stage requires a coalition government open onto parties and independent figures with a large parliamentary, political and popular support ".

"This cabinet should endeavour to fulfill the objectives of the revolution, and in the first place accountability, fight against corruption and high cost of living as well as the restoring of security," they said in a joint statement published at the end of their meeting.
