IEBC in partnership with Safaricom are today launching a comic flier for primary school pupils to help promote peace during and after the elections. The "Apisha Paro" initiative also aims at getting people to vote. The pupils are expected to use the fliers to challenge their parents to pledge to vote in the elections.
