Kenya: Clubfoot in Children, Rare, but Serious

If your baby is born with his/her feet turning inwards at the ankle giving the foot a kidney bean shape, then they risk a lifetime of deformity and disability if not treated immediately.

The condition, known as clubfoot, is easily treatable and pain free during the first days of life. It's cause is unknown but it could be hereditary.
