Kenya: International Crimes Department in Judiciary Will Be Set Up

The process of setting up an international crimes department in the judiciary has begun. Court of appeal Judge Mohammed Warsame says the court will be the equivalent of the high court and will deal with other perpetrators of crimes against humanity and international cases facing Kenyan citizens.
