Tunisia: Textile and Clothing Trade Balance Loses Ten Points in January 2013

Tunis — The trade balance of the textile and clothing sector lost 10.6 points in January 2013, despite a sight growth in trade compared to January 2012 and in relation to the sector's development throughout the previous year.

According to the economic letter of the Technical Textile Centre (CETTEX), the sector's trade fell 7% in terms of exports and 6.4% in imports in 2012 compared to 2011...
