Kenya: Airtel Launches Xpress Shop in Embakasi

Airtel Kenya has launched a new ultra-modern Airtel Xpress shop in Embakasi, off Old North Airport Road as the mobile service provider reinforces its commitment to expand customer care centres across the country to serve its growing customer base.

Airtel Kenya Managing Director Shivan Bhargava said: "We are pleased again to open our doors to more customers in Embakasi area and assure them that they will continue to experience and enjoy consistent quality of service.

He added that they are committed to ensure their services touch everyone in Kenya and that they provide the most reliable, most consistent services in Kenya backed up with market leading customer service and a strong reliable network.

The new outlet will provide a range of services among them Airtel data settings, Airtel Money, post-paid activation, bill payments, selling of prepaid lines, airtime, modems and handset sales.

Airtel customers will get to enjoy discounts on various handsets and access to all of Airtel's new range of products and offers as part of the celebration of unveiling the new outlet.

Bhargava expressed the firm's appreciation to its customers for the enormous support, loyalty and the commitment to bridging the digital divide with a strategic goal to win the customers hearts in Kenya.

Airtel Kenya expansion plan is in line with its vision of strengthening its presence so as to achieve its vision of being the most loved brand by 2015 enriching the lives of millions of Kenyans.
